We will take photos of your property, create a webpage for your property, advertise your property, find you prospective tenants, show the property to prospective tenants, screen prospective tenants, and then draft the lease for your review and signature. We help you determine the market rent for your property so you maximize your return on investment
Tenant Procurement
We advertise your property on various websites online to target tenants looking for a place like yours, show your property to prospective tenants, and answer inquiries
Tenant Screening
We screen prospective tenants, obtain credit reports, interview prospective tenants and speak with references - we provide you with a recommendation on which prospective tenant to accept, but the final decision is yours
Lease Agreement
We draft a lease customized to your specifications between the prospective tenant and you
